Thank you for this concise review.
I see value in migrating to a tool that will genuinely improve the efficiency of email processing. Email consumes a big part of my day.
I happen to use no fewer than 12 email addresses daily, some on Workspace, others not.
The corresponding annual subscription cost is higher than my perceived value (it's cool, I'm prepared to pay, but not quite that much.) My perception is that a lower unit price will result in increased/optimized ARR for the publisher.
