I bought one of these back in the early 70s. It might even have been 1970. The serial# of mine is 614323. All my research is telling me 1970, 1971, 1972 It has the "Made in America" I played many years ago and now that I am retired I am getting back into it. I might have been in high school when I bought, no later than 1970. What do you like for strings? Currently someone recommended Martin 12-54 MA540 PHOSPHOR BRONZE.

Your happy you dont have to live in Iowa because the weather is random we had it snow in early summer 1 year and it was 60 degrees in winter for a 2 weeks straight
