Note, I have experienced your seafood allergy in reverse... In the UK I used to be a fish farmer and seafood retailer, eating it most days without any issue. Then during my first visit to New York I ate some grilled prawns in a restaurant and had quite a sever reaction, the doctor told me that I was allergic to seafood! After this back in the UK and during my travels around the world I have never had any reaction since.. Cheers for the wonderful and fun video. Koh Samui has become a must for me due to your videos. Thanks for sharing the video guys, we visited The Fish restaurant today because of your recommendation. We had the most amazing meal, the fish was fantastic!! Although we were full from the starter and main courses, we could not help ourselves but to have the mango sticky rice and deep fried pineapple and honey for desert. We will certainly be visiting the restaurant again 😀

Now this looks really really fantastic. One can tell straight away how fresh the fish is. That steamed fish and of course the barracuda steak look so delicious... Fresh fish and seafood is one of Ko Samui's highlights - as Note said... no preservatives needed. Definitely need to check out this place - it looks like they have their own super-yummy twist to preparing fish and seafood. Looks very tempting :)
