I just noticed that Avengers 124 (with the Star Stalker) sitting on top of the stack in the upper-left corner of the screen (6:14). The issue was the first Marvel comic (and second comic ever) I read way back in the early '70s. I remember reading it from last page to first page.

You should be careful with cracking open the ones you want to clean, press, and resubmit for a higher grade! Jim from Mint Hunter Comics did that to some of his comics and it came back with a lower grade than it originally was! He was furious not only with the lower grades but himself as well thinking that he could get a grade bump and make more money from it! It's a roll of the dice on your part, but just keep that information on the side if you do decide to do it! $6 grand for this haul? As long as you make your money back depending on what u sell with a little profit on the side, hopefully it will work out in your favor since comics are like the stock market, going up and down like an elevator and the occasional scandals from CGC or the other grading companies out there!

Not sure, but it looked like some slabs were bought from sellers as some of the bags had bar-codes and I thought I saw a price tag or two. Do not know about cracking & resubmitting in that case unless you can see an improvement just by looking at the slab. Pretty soon we'll all be grading slabs....

That's the thing with slabs you kinda don't have much wiggle room on the pricing cause the books are already graded. You'll definitely make your money back, not sure about how much profit though. Don't think you will double your investment.

Ultimate Spider-Man #1 1st Print CVR A is $200-230 in a CGC 9.8. Raws go for $100-150. So $50 is not steep. I'll buy it from you, lol.

Wouldn’t it make sense to show the video before you’ve moved some of the books? Couldn’t that help drive some people to you? Like if I wanted something you’re showing, and then you say “blah blah blah by the time you see this”, why would I even bother pursuing it at that point? Just an observation, I’m sure what you’re doing is working for you and it’s hard to coordinate all of that.
