I'm off to do a BIG ASDA Shop today - we're going by car, so I'm able to buy more than usual. Later, I'm doing a little top ou shop in ICELAND SUPERMARKET.

☕ If you would like to, you can buy me a coffee 😀

Its neat to have a channel on YouTube to show the shops in the Untied Kingdom ❤. I love all your shopping videos and how you show the totals for each store.

So nice when IB can shop with you, and you can stock up especially with heavy stuff. We went out today to get groceries, and I was able to save $38.00 using coupons. I was low on fruit and veggies so I made sure to get enough for a week. Have a wonderful weekend. 💗

I do the same with the small 🌶 I snip them into the pot while cooking much less faff and u don't get the juice all over your fingers either. I do same with leafy herbs like parsley or coriander and basil I tear.
With oranges 🍊 in tesco, try to find one's in a pack called 'juicing net' I get around 8 for €2.79 here. Imagine Asda would have v similar. They are easily the best oranges I've had from tesco sweet and juicy and v seldom had the dry, pithy version in any of the packs. I eat about 2 a day they're that then give myself a rash of hives lol but it's worth it.
I also recccomend their tomato and basil chilled soup or the finest tomato and mascarapone soup the only tomato soups I''ve tried that I actually like. Heck, even my dog thoroughly enjoyed it 😂😂😂. I didn't get a say in the matter she stuck her nose in the bowl on the sly when I went to answer my phone!! 😂😂😂 . She has me well trained 😂.
BTW if u have an aldi they have a nice range of frozen veggie options I rrccomend their cheese, spinach & leek lattices, halloumi fingers snd burgers, and their red pepper and mozzarella parcels or they have tge tex mex or veggie meatball crowns which when fooled my sister who didn't know the 'meatballs' were veggie!! All frozen so I stocked up my freezer. Their frozen fake kebab meat is quite good too. I do eat meat but trying to cut down on it and now I only buy from a local butcher who sources organic, pasture raised animals, so at least they've had a decent life and been treated well. Same with my dairy produce an old acquaintance has a dairy farm and has started supplying local supermarkets and doing home deliveries of her freshly made cream, yoghurts etc and her organic milk and free range eggs its greater service and I know her cos I bought my dogs mum off her 15 years ago 😊

After your month long holiday in Portugal, the fruits here must be disappointing Imo. ☹️
I buy oranges 🍊 and try and get something like the finest range. I bought some easy peelers in Sainsbury’s recently and they were delicious. So I got more the following week. They were sour and very unpleasant so I had to throw them.
Do you ever buy the bags of frozen salmon Imo? Frozen fish can be good value. Glad IB found the gluten free pasta. Not a bad price is it, compared with the health food shops. Tesco and Sainsbury’s is a good price too. Look for rice noodles for him, they are gluten free. They take three minutes in boiled water. Very handy to add to stir fries, soups etc. 😊
