Gate of babylon is pretty much useless in Emiya/shirou's Ubw since it will copy every weapon gob has as long as he has mana.
Aside from enkidu and EA, he can pretty much copy every single weapons and even turns it into nukes and shoots way faster than Gob

Some of these are repetitive or contradictory, and I can't tell if that's supposed to be a joke or not since you have a meta meme like talk no jutsu here as well.

For example, instant death. If you are above the concept of death, then you can't die. No ifs ands or buts. There is no room for comprehension. If you can die, then you are not beyond death.

Meh. *Decay* requires not just touch an opponent, but grab him with five fingers and hold for several seconds. Gets beat by being untouchable, removing a finger, fighting from a distance in the first place, etc. *Kotoamatsukami* and *Mangekyo* require eye contact, just wear sunglasses. *Domain expansion* got beat countless times in its own setting.

On the other hand...
*Gigaslave* [Slayers] invokes an eldritch entity capable of killing anything up to and including a primordial god; what's worse, once the incantation is started, interrupting it does not help you.
*Curse of Ankhseram* [Fairy Tail] makes one immortal and capable of killing others with a thought (to the extent that the wielder of the curse couldn't beat it himself).
*Ea* [Fate series] is said to be capable of erasing worlds; I believe no power in the setting was explicitly named capable of blocking or avoiding it once charged and aimed.
Roughly *everything about Anos Voldigoad* [Misfit of the Demon Academy] is intentionally unbeatable (granted, it's hard to compare abilities from shows of this kind when the only thing stated by the author is the abscence of rules or limits the character cannot break).
*Alpha Stigma* [Legend of Legendary Heroes] is Sharingan on steroids: user can interpret and deconstruct enemy magic on the fly and is nigh-unbeatable without magic.

Then there are classes of abilities that universally require some specific counter or are beatable only due to a setting-specific restriction, so it makes little sense to list all their instances as separate "abilities":
*Time stop* [Zettai Karen Children, Fairy Tail, Akame ga Kill, Jojo Bizzare Adventure] - in its most broken form you have been attacked and are dead before you even have a chance to know what happened.
*Path to victory* (ability to foresee the sequence of actions leading to the desirable future and then execute it) [Bleach, Disastrous life of Saiki K, Fate] - given time to prepare, your only hope is that it either does not work as declared or the outcome the user seeks is fine for you too.
*Reality warping* (ability to directly change reality in accordance with user wishes) is so broken by design that every instance is restricted by _something_ or is pure Deus ex Machina. Other examples include Sindbad [Magi], Yuki Nagato [Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya], Drosselmeyer [Princess Tutu], Lain [Serial Experiments Lain]... The only semi-reliable counter is to mind-break the user.
