Jean Charest worked for the notorious Chinese 🇨🇳 Huawei company.
- He's automatically disqualified from any Canadian leadership race.

Liberal in conservative clothing.
No way he will win.

Every politician who comes to Alberta to stump says the same things. All of a sudden they care about Albertan prosperity and input. He's a trojan horse for Trudeau's leftists.

It looked like a garage sale speech. Here in Québec, we took pleasure to kick him out of office, please, let's not do it again.

Pierre Poilievre holds people accountable and he actually answers questions intelligently unlike the actor/puppet/robot trudeau

In is career from 2004 on, Charest had settled into an approach of higher spending, increased debt, and repeated tax hikes. From a billion dollar increase in hydroelectricity rates to the doubling of licence registration fees, increases in payroll taxes, gas taxes, daycare fees, and a carbon tax. Not to mention increase tuition fees that lead students to protest and eventually contributed to his defeat. Charest made life less affordable for working families. This is the situation we are now with current gov policies.

Charest is old news should not be running

One thing Canada doesn’t need is another French guy telling us to give Quebec more powers to run and stay in Canada. 77 % of all federal jobs is French speaking. We had enough.. move the capital to Calgary

City tV is promoting a conservatives leader, something to be concerned with.
Remember when Leslyn Lewis was running? City TV pretended she didn't exist due to her colour of skin

If Gerry Butts is approving of him, much tells you everything. On the flip side, PP REALLY gets under Butts' skin. So, again, that speaks volumes.

If anyone but Poilievre wins the leadership, it'll guarantee my vote for PPC again.

Charest is another in a long list of Quebec politicians aided by the Desmarais family, which has owned Power Corporation for decades. It was at Power Corporation that Pierre Trudeau hatched his plan in 1968 to become Prime Minister. In 1972, Paul Desmarais hired Brian Mulroney. In 1981, he sold Canada Steamship Lines to his VP Paul Martin. Andre Desmarais took over the company for his late father and is married to Jean Chretien’s daughter. According to Le Devoir, the Quebec Liberal Party received more than $300, 000 in donations from the Desmarais’ from 1998 to 2011. Charest became Liberal leader in 1998 and was premier from 2003 to 2012. As his government faced an impending defeat to the Parti Quebecois, Paul Desmarais was photographed waving his finger across the table from Charest as he sat next to federal Liberal cabinet minister John McCallum. Pierre or no one... I don't know this guy, and Pierre is a strong MP who would make a good PM. He truly does seem to be 100% for Canadians, watching him challenge the liberals and everything.
