Whenever I listen to this, the same little scenario plays out in my head.

During the first half, Dante is the lead singer. He goes on in his flamboyant, over-the-top style with a slice of pizza in one hand. Vergil plays the guitar and acts as a back-up for Dante.

Then the bit around 1:49 hits.

With perfect coordination, Vergil javelin-throws the guitar at Dante as they jump to swap places, who catches it and goes right in jamming. Vergil now has the lead, and makes sure the audience knows it. Dante backs him up with the echoes.

Near the end, the camera cuts to Nero with his head in his hands, sighing in embarrassment and disappointment.
