Mung bean jelly salad

Ingredients:
1 cup mung bean powder
5 cups water to mix with mung bean powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 red bell pepper: cut into 3 inch long matchsticks
2.5 oz carrot: cut in to 3 inch long matchsticks
1/4 onion: sliced thinly
4 green onion: only the green part cut into 3 inch long pieces
2 eggs: 3 inch long pieces of egg omelette
Seasoning:
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp and 1 tsp honey
1 tsp vegan oyster sauce
