Revit 2020 - New Architectural Features and Updates

Thanks for the well made video. The new features are certainly welcome. However, it is my impression that Autodesk has been slowing down the development of Revit ever since they locked their users into costly subscriptions. This update again does not address demands by their customers to finally improve things like the cumbersome terrain modeling, massing, or phasing of rooms, scheduling of composite elements and such. At our firm, this will surely lead to discussions whether other applications, like Archicad deserves a closer look.

Still no curved glass option... Next time maybe. But finally, we can import pdfs! The wait was too long for that feature.

Can I make a drop ceiling? Can I attach walls to a roof without Bullshit? Can I select multiple rooms in a schedule and give them the same name? Can I make a railing and choose, point out where the ballusters go without having to go through a ridiculous number of hoops? Can I copy a sheet? Can I give a titleblock a Date field without it having a time stamp as well and no alternative? If not this 2020 release forcing people to upgrade is an insult and a joke. These are things that from my perspective should have been dealt with a long time ago.

Revit has enough Bugs and malfunctions, autodesk do nothing to solve the problems and offer new stupid functions. Atodesk hold designers for idiots?
