I just started reading Carol's book "Mindset" and at age 56 a lifetime of anxiety and crippling fear of failure has evaporated. I'm halfway through the book and want to cry because I have literally floundered for half a CENTURY in mediocrity, despite being very talented as a holistic wellness practitioner and emotional healing coach, because of being hamstrung by low self esteem following a really difficult childhood. It's virtually gone. Guys. EVERYONE MUST READ THIS BOOK and embrace it's logos.

Wow. Cant believe this is here. Tom, I watched you on Rich Roll's podcast where you said Carol's book Mindset was the most important book in the English language. I ordered the book right away after your endorsement and am half way thru it now. So true....the fundamentals in Mindset are necessary in self discovery early in the process. Once you have this foundation, all books you then read afterward and learning you do will come from the proper "mindset" to have lasting effects.

I worked for over 20 years with a fixed mindset company. The leader was a growth mindset for his own ideas, but never conveyed that to the rest. Secrets, blame, and relations, got into the main company's fixed mindset. Even when bought out this remained.

No consequenses for bad behavior.
