I have a thought. If you get that warehouse maybe put merch in the glass room and have the actual office in the main area. You could either split up the possible podcast/ merch room into a podcast/ chill room. So basicly business in the front party in the back. Another idea might be to put the shelves of merch on the glass walls and either use the extra space as a chill room with clutches or a dedicated space for the illustration of new merch. Then take and dedicate the back room to podcast and a chill room. Either way I think you should consider displaying the merchandise you and your team work hard to bring to us. I think It's something to be more proud of and display then it is something to lock in a back room.

You should change the side mirror too. LHD and RHD mirrors have different bases and glasses. It's a minor change in the angle but for drivability it's pretty important
