I can not log in my kids account on my laptop. what should i do?

Number 4 Solution: Sign into your child’s profile on any tv, like a Roku . (That’s what we have) Sometimes I default and pick my profile when we are watching YouTube for kids on our tv. (Let’s face it, all we see is kid videos in our profile anyways) For whatever reason I picked my son’s profile and then tried his tablet. And it worked. Hope that helps.
