Im guilty for this. With my autism i become overly obsessed with things and it happend with big words and philosophising too often. Its just a reflex and now i have to be aware of this habit when im out.

true. people who do talk like that just end up sounding like they searched up synonyms for the simpler versions of those words and picked and chose the "smartest" sounding ones.

you can bet they forgot that word the second they used it XD
