He does push advisors but considering his main target audience are people that have made bad financial decisions using an advisor although cost money might help them avoid bad decisions when it comes to investing too. The most important part is trading early for a long time and not panicking, Being too conservative can hurt your returns as well

Companies have not enough employees to play the lay off trick, a lot of people are opening their own small business, what companies can do is cut the salaries of all their CEO and directors or close their stores or go bankrupt, the working class are a bit better prepare now, So if you are looking for lay off to happen think bigger lay off the CEO and director and hire cheaper ones.
