Trying To Read James Joyce’s Ulysses

I technically “read” Ulysses. My eyes saw all the words. But I could not tell you a single thing that happened. Good vibes though. 3/5 stars.

I had to buy an extra book as thick as Ulysses itself with annotations. I litterally threw them both in the trashcan.

Just picked up Finnegan's Wake for the first time--it also happens to be the first time reading James Joyce--and I couldn't relate more.
