Chow mein noodle candy
1-12 oz bag of semisweet chocolate chips
1-12 oz bag of butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts or choice of nuts (optional)
Melt chips in microwave or over double boiler. If you melt in microwave do in 30 second intervals so they don't burn.
Once melted pour over 6 oz of chow mein noodles...mix... drop onto parchment lined cookie sheets by the spoonful and chill to set.
