Nicola has the best answer for everything! But I will stand with the bill segment, people should pay what they owe, nothing more nothing less, and if the tip is less than recommended people can pitch in as they please. Tipping is a grey area anyways ethically!

Eh. I'm gonna have to call them out about that split the bill business. There is usually one person who orders the most expensive crap they can and eat more than everybody else. Yet, they expect everyone to split the bill evenly. I don't think so. Nobody else ordered lobster, wine, and six appetizers that they plan to take home. You ordered it; you pay for it.

Nah hard disagree with the splitting the bill one cause if a person just had a salad and you had something fancy then why do you expect the other person to cover half the price for something they didn't even eat...
