Thanks to your videos, I started to tear apart TCM-200 mechanisms, and fix them using your steps to disassemble and put it back. I also got a Willy Hermann 300 gauge to help with heads/supply roller.
If serviced correctly, these are great mechanics to work on ! Cast metal for the capstan+pinch rollers arms, geometry is steady.
Problem is this mechanisms are very sensitive to pinch roller quality. But in europe, FixYourAudio, has the right type!
Looking forward to see the fix and alignment of these 3 decks !
The metal cast frame of the pinch rollers/capstans is very similar to what REVOX has, you cannot deform it !!! Very high quality !

На первой деке сверху у меня так же плохо калибруется лента, именно на таких же положениях регулятора, ну и АЧХ естественно не тот который должен быть(Ровно до 20 должно быть, на двухголовой соньке TC-KE400S ровно практически по тест ленте, а тут высокие далеко от того что вижу на 400-ке), естественно и азимут выставить нормально не получается, как бы не крутил, высоких не вижу. Все крепления на компаунде, не крутились, в том числе и азимут был, но я стронул для проверки.

i generally avoid sony decks, they are poorly built
