Completely disagree that dtg is faster at larger qtys. Dtf is 100x faster. You can print out transfers as fast as your printer can go. Store 1000s of those transfers u til next season even or next year an then all you have to do is have literally a monkey operate an auto clam shell heat press. One person can easily put out 250 DTFs on one press in a day. Multiply that times a dozen people hear presses crazy cheap. Now DTG is painful, slow, maintenance heavy. One machine can cost you over $10k easily. And if you need several machines multiply $10, 000 machines times as many as you need. The process is way slower, and efficient prone to maintenance problems and your bottle neck is a high dollar machine rather than a person operating a several hundred $ heat press at $15 an hour. DTF is WAY faster and more efficient. And I haven’t even discussed pretreating.
