West Point Black Knight Kevin Sembrat (IG @kvnsmbrt, 2nd Leg starting at 0:57, wearing No. 5 on Black & Gold uniform) competed in Saturday's 2019 Nittany Lion Challenge Men's 4x400m Relay at Penn State's Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track, a modern facility including adjustable banked curves and nestled neatly in the shadow of Nittany Lions' iconic Beaver Stadium.
Sembrat, an AAU All-American 4x400m, New Jersey State Champion, and Indoor & Outdoor 400m Morris County Record Holder, is completing his Plebe (Freshman) year at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is majoring in Computer Science and upon graduation will be commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer.
