I have 2 question then, does this mean high level reality benders have ratios like 1/1000 humes or does having a higher base reality change anything?

Man that poor pronounciation of the surname "Rzewski". The "rz" is a diphthong that equates to a sort of "zh" sound, if you can correctly pronounce the film title "Dr. Zhivago", then you know how it should sound. Hard to explain in more detail as I don't really have access to the special phonetic symbols used in pronounciation guides nor do I have it memorized which is the corresponding one for the specific vocalization I'm referring to.

Designing your Kant counters to have actual portals to the universes used as a measuring stick seems like a bad idea, especially when the whole universe can seemingly change at once. All it would take is one anomaly to effect one of the universes and it will throw off all future measurements. It would be better to use the universes to calibrate the devices instead, if possible.
