I recently discovered your channel and I really hope to see more tutorials like this one: I was born with ehler-danlos syndrome and I can't practice any sports, doing strength training (that I need) it's hard because I get injured easily, dancing or martial arts are out of question and even the majority of yoga it's not good for my body....I have been trying for years, even with instructors, to find some exercises that I could practice and that could have helped my body, but I had no exercises helped me regain control of my wrist movements and I couldn't be more grateful!
Unfortunately, in my hometown and country it's rare to find Indian dance teachers, so I hope we'll see more exercises for the entire body. Thank you so much again and may God bless you!
