The Women's Reservation Bill that seeks to provide 33 per cent quota for women in Lok Sabha and state legislative assemblies was introduced in the Lok Sabha today in the ongoing special session of Parliament. Calling September 19 a “historic day”, Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged the Opposition to unanimously pass the Bill - ‘Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam’ – that has been stuck for nearly three decades.

Mr.mallikarjun very proudly claims that women’s quota has been decided by 2010. So the credit is not with BJP. Look at the ability of the congress. If they have decided on 2010 why didn’t they implemented so far. Even after so many so may years they could not do anything about it. The congress need many years to decide something. Where as BJP they decide something and they implement with in very shot period. We all Indians have seen what wonderful changes have been done by congress from 1947 to 2014.
