There is a painting called 'Stolen Kiss' by Marguerite Gérard. I am highly suspicious that the "young lad" in the photo is actually the brunette woman featured in several of Gérard's other works. In her other works that depict men, they appear much different than the "lad" in 'Stolen Kiss'
