This works great thank you! If you build this in the Hallow, I recommend putting additional solid blocks above the triangle points (each side) to stop unicorns from jumping the gap. About 4-5 spaces above the points should be fine, which will cause them to jump still but hit the other side wall and fall into the lava pit. Easy way to farm the Blessed Apple!

Yeah these types of farms are good for a general purpose farm in a surface biome. When you get tired of building farms might know that you can copy a farm from one map and paste it into another using TEdit. You basically open your map in Tedit, select and copy the farm and it'll be saved to the clipboard, then open another map, go to your clipboard and the farm will be there available to paste into the new map. As long as you don't close TEdit any copied selections will remain in the clipboard. Building farms in TEdit is pretty useful also. With this trap i have just a few spiky ball traps in there to speed things up and i make a long walkway underneath with spear traps facing outwards to knockback wraiths and help kill them. Wraiths are generally a pain in the ass. Also i stick a few blocks up above the center of the trap so unicorns, derplings, wolves, giant tortoises ect bump into it and fall into the trap. Frost golems don't stand a chance i'm almost embarassed for them.

Incredibly informative video, is there a reason you wouldn’t just build your entire base underneath one of these? If it’s more than 10 high do they just ignore them? Could you do like a 50 wide one and build your base inside of the stairway to death?

Thank you for this amazing farm!!! However I do have one question, how many blocks should I put up above the farm so slimes dont go past?
