11:39 Ive had to do a harddrive swap on my original xbox while the power was running before and no problems happened, but is it dangerous, as in corrupt data or destroy the drive when doing it at the POST screen?

Isn't it bad practice to place your electronics on top of your anti static bag? They are designed to keep the static out therefore can have surface static on the outside? I am a novice but I thought it was something I heard while researching custom PC builds? Just fyi.
