This scene hit really hard when i first saw it. The mood, the music, the near intimacy of Marco and heckapoo. Although I more than understand its just a cartoon the idea of chasing someone for years even if it is just for something else I can't imagine how Marco would actually feel finally finding her

I suspend all disbelief over cartoons.. but the fact that he spent 16 years chasing something and came back just like that to his normal life.. as if he just slept and dreamed for 8 minutes.. it's hard for me to handle how easy he took it. Like do you have any idea how lingeringly traumatizing and disruptive this can be? This was beyond inhuman

If the creators of this show don't capitalize on the love for this part of the episode by creating a Spinoff series of Marcos Decade and a half journey to obtain the Scissors. They would be serverly wasting an amazing opportunity.

A lot of fans including myself felt this scene was the best in the show. An entire series following Marco having to survive this entire ordeal would be amazing.

The scene where he said: I dont remember my password i very deep because you can feel how he is overvelmed with nostalgic because while his friends and family have missed him for some minutes he was away for nearly twenty years and is now back to a life he probaly barely remember how was.

Even though she challenged him into getting a pair of dimensional scissors from her and gave quite a task for 16 years. After he defeated her and earned his own pair of scissors. Hakepoo looked so proud of him at the end of his journey to finding the original her.

Fridge Brilliance: While Marco seemed to re-adapt to his normal life with little trouble; it must be noted that, at this point, *Marco's normal life mostly consisted of going on exciting and dangerous adventures with Star.* But when Star returned to Mewni, Marco began to show clear difficulties with adapting to a life without danger and adventure. He could only talk about his past adventures, and refused to remove the cape that King River awarded him. Even when he realized how unhealthy his behavior was, he was still unable to stop. This prevented Marco from reigniting his friendship with Alonzo and Ferguson; and, more importantly, led to the collapse of his romantic relationship with Jackie. In the end, Marco had to move to Mewni because he could not adapt to a normal life. *Thus, the ending of this episode may be considered foreshadowing for the fact that Marco will not be able to return to the life that he led before he met Star.*
