I'm sure they would be legal if you register them and make them DOT compliant. I guess that isn't really the point of getting these ebikes and a better solution would be making them 14+ with some sort of simpler test and registration to also set kids up for motorcycles.

I was riding my tuttio on the road, in san Francisco and a cop was behind me and nothing happened.

As long as people are abiding by the traffic laws regardless if you have to have a license or not there shouldn't be a problem any person over the age of 12 could tell you about traffic laws

you dont have to worry about because the Tuttio is not an Ebike it is a dirt bike and cannot be ridden on public roads anyways.
