That does not work, I can't even tick those radial buttons, they're grayed out and I went into Admin Command Prompt "gpedit.msc" and disabled everything and I still can't get that to turn off, I even went and disabled Windows exploit guard and I still can't tick those radial buttons

while i doesnt prevent the warnings (probably better off that way anyways) you can fix not being able to bypass windows defender smartscreen just...

Go into group policies in computer management or w.e..
Find admin>windows components>windows defender smartscreen>explorer
Set to "allow bypass" u may need to do the same in Microsoft edge if it didnt work instantly by doing just defender.. but should work with just defender 🙂❤️

Yep this is just saying it might hurt your pc but I have another app specifically built by Microsoft to tell me if threats are found and it will tell you follow that rather than listening to smart screen it might help but half the time it doesnt have viruses
