General Hospital sees Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) find themselves entangled in a tricky situation. The way they wrote this scene is silly. Jagger thinks that Sonny is this big mob boss. Someone who unalived people. He decides to arrest him without a warrant in a very public way, and instead of going to the mansion, he goes to the boathouse with no backup. I need them to make it make sense.

Why were the writers give Alexis to become a lawyer again? And then she goes, and does this, and gets caught, don't make no sense.She's a good lawyer and they want to go messing up stuff

I definitely think ratings will go up. I loved it when Tracy cringed when found out Sonny and Carly messed up her bed. Cristina or Alexis might be suspects because of the gun

I had always heard that Maurice Benard was fed up with all the CarSon storyline retreads. That’s how we got the Nixon Falls storyline in the first place. If this is true, then he can’t be too happy with the current direction of putting Sonny and Carly back together. Maybe this will be the final inducement for him to retire.

So what was the purpose of getting Brennan out of jail?

I thought it was to pursue a Carly and Brennan pairing since they are one of the few potential couples who have any genuine chemistry on the show. No, they decided to go with version 275 of CarSon 🤦‍♂️. Talk about a lack of imagination, but that’s not surprising in light of how bad the writing has been lately.

Maybe Kelly Monaco should consider herself fortunate she is being written out of this hot mess of a soap opera.

I think Sonny preconceived Carly as his alibi. It was a great plot to win her back. Sonny also figured that they wouldn’t believe that Sonny would be so careless.
