This jet kit includes an 80 main jet and 42 pilot jet to help eliminate the need for extended “choke” run times and will help add power! In this video Charles shows how to install a Tusk Cold Start Jet Kit on a Kawasaki KLX110, but this process will be similar for all air cooled dirt bikes.

Got the kit. Works great! 

However, When coming to a stop with the clutch pulled in, the rpms drop below idle and she sometimes dies. 

Am I getting too much fuel now? Im hearing there's a brass cap covering the air adjust screw. In which case I'll drill that out and lean it out about a quarter turn.. 

Does this sound good? Bike is a 24 KLX 110L - maybe 10 hours on it. Thanks.

I ordered one for a ttr125 but the bike wouldn’t start so i put the stock jets back in
