CRISPY AIR FRIED COD FISH RECIPE:
1lb cod (4-5 pieces)
1c flour
1c parmesan cheese
2c panko bread crumbs
1tbsp creole seasoning
1/2tbsp black pepper
1/2tbsp garlic powder
2 eggs
olive oil cooking spray
parsley flakes for decoration
***season fish to your liking***
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Thaw, rinse, and dry fish.
Season fish on both sides with creole seasoning and black pepper.
Season the flour with creole seasoning, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Beat 2 eggs.
Mix the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together.
Dip fish into the flour, coating all sides very well.
Shake off excess flour.
Dip fish into the egg.
Shake off the excess egg dripping.
Place fish into panko and cheese mixture, ensure breading sticks to fish.
Set breaded fish on a plate and preheat Ninja for 3 minutes at 375 degrees.
Place fish into the air fryer; do not overcrowd the air fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes on each side, depending on the fish size.
