Thord and Bjoern are tested to the limits when a desperate call comes in of a threatening truck crash that’s now blocking a national route on a narrow road, notorious for accidents.
On low ground, where freezing rain coats the road in ice, the truck has jack-knifed, its trailer left hanging above a steep slope that drops down to a lake.
The ice road heroes must act fast if they are to reach the accident before disaster turns to nightmare. Brand new season of Ice Road Rescue, premiering Thursday 6th October at 8pm, only on National Geographic UK.
