Sir there's one q...the two equal sides of an isosceles triangle with fixed base B are decreasing at the rate of 3 cm per second. how fast is area decreasing when two equal sides are equal to the base?
Sir will this mean that if one side is B and let other two side be x (as both are equal) thus x=B..so we can conclude that it is an equilateral triangle ...so can we use this formula (√3/4)x² instead of 1/4B√(4x²-B²)
