A couple of questions:

1: Lighting? I mean the fixed lighting when you're in the "studio".

2: Backups for all your videos etc.? I assume you don't only have the mobile SSD as your only storage?

3: Your live-streams, you still use the same things? How about the ones you do at home?

I agree with everything here (except calling wav files "W A V" instead of "wave" 😂).
A good mic is much more important than a good camera, and audio gear that is good enough is cheaper than cameras that are good enough (at least until you reach studio level, then the sky is the limit).
About lights, one thing that we should never forget is that cameras are instruments we use to capture light, without enough light the camera needs to increase the gain, which also increases the noise. This is why night photos frequently look noisy. Better light = better quality.
If you are someone who is starting today and will record statically (not moving), my recommendation is to use a cheap $5~$10 1080p webcam or your smartphone camera if it is good enough, a $5 lapel mic (wired), and a $5 daylight color fluorescent bulb. This will allow you to start with acceptable quality at the lower possible cost. Then you feel what is actually needed and upgrade as time goes on.
The step that is most important is to start, don't let your wish to have better quality stop you from starting, even if you start at a lower quality than you wish. Too many people keep looking for the best equipment and end up never making anything.

Japan second hand is great. Been thinking recently to get that sony vlogcam as I really prefer a camera which can fit in my pocket :p Even with a 4k camera, I think I'd probably still choose 1080p for YouTube videos and family videos. The quality in 4k may look better, but the higher storage requirement is a deal breaker for me. I do have a lavaliere microphone, but I don't like using it as I can not stop it from picking up the slightest sound of my clothes ^^"

You have gathered quite a lot of equipment already hahah But at the scale your channel is growing it's quite understandable ^^

I have a Canon R6 as my main camera, ended up getting a ZV1 after.

I love the ZV1 so much, it basically took over as the video camera and the R6 is for photgraphy now.

Ya the full frame video is nicer, but the convenience is unbeatable for a pretty small drop in quality

But now the most important question: where do you get all those amazing thumbnails from that show different stylized worlds? Kinda like screenshots from various games
