I have to say I just purchased the signature Pro, and it is heavy, I had a hard time picking it up by myself. I am also stuck with how to connect the attachments that came with it (8 in 1). I contacted the 1-800 number this morning, and I am still waiting for the email. The instructions does not tell you how to attach/connect the other pieces. You make it look easy...:)

My 15 x 15 press keeps beeping after it counts down to 0. I just received it. Whenever i set the desired time and hit OK, it automatically counts down without me taking any action. Help needed!!

Those the heat plate has an even temperature?

I have 16x24 signature HPN heat press and the heating element keeps coming unscrewed and ruining the product. When adjusting the pressure it falls off. I've had this heat press for the past few months and I'm very upset with this purchase.
