The story line of Joanie is very disappointing. I do not like the fact the writers decided to create Joanie to be so careless when approaching Ben. I hope there will be justice for the murder plot of Alison. But it seems as if their won't be.

Another thing. Noah comes to Helen’s boyfriends funeral. How unusual is that? Then Noah wants to see Joanie but she isn)t his child. Noah is an intruder.

I am confused, did the writers screw up, or do they think we would not notice. Tell me how is it that Joanie is now a 37 year old woman and Helen's kids are still in high school, wasn't Joanie born as a result of the affair - the other children were all in school. HELP am I missing something?

Wtf this Joanie storyline is so forced and butchered you would think it was a skit on SNL. Lmfao so she gets in a car with some creep she meets at the cemetery only to later have sex with him twice in the same episode. She also let out the cat in the bag that both her kids are adopted and she has been cheating on who seems to be her loving husband their entire marriage very similar to how her stepfather Noah cheated on Helen with her mother. And now Joanie is going to go confront her mother's killer who must be in his 70s like her deceased father was a few years back instead of informing the authorities. And lol why didn't she take that creeper with her to confront him at least?

Hope we go into the future with Noah and Helen much more interesting then joanies mummy daddy issues.... dont know why they couldn't just give them all a happy ending in series 2 instead of dragging it out for 5 seasons.

I would also like to add, the show is not complete without the character Cole. I miss his character. I miss character Alison as well. The writers dropped the ball for this final season.

Just a comment why did Joannie get matured too fast i mean the looks and the other kids didnt get old physically in the series as compares to Whitney and the others kids ? Did the writer mislooked it. I still missed Alison and Cole presence its saddened me not seeing them in the season 5 .😪
