Sami's Story: Recovery from a Spinal Cord Injury

Sami, an athlete and Chocolatier, was in a motorcycle accident and fell 60 feet down a cliff in Venezuela. He sustained a spinal cord injury and flew to Chicago to go to the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab for rehabilitation.

Following intensive inpatient and outpatient therapy at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, Sami is finally ready to return home to Venezuela.
