My Creepy Neighbor

Oh boy am I just the luckiest when it comes to people. Meet one of my old neighbors.

Okay so, just a few notes, there may be some weird frame jumps and that's due to both Animate and Vegas failing on me. I tried to fix it as much as I could so hopefully it's not TOO noticeable and if it is, well I'm SORRY. I'll be learning Premiere so I don't experience this in the next video...

There was also an issue either with my tablet or Animate where some of the lines came out jagged and I tried so many things but it just wouldn't work so sorry about that as well :c

ALSO some of the scenes came out blurry and others didn't. I swear I've never had this problem with Animate before but it just hated me for this video.

ALSO what do you think of the new Chilly Design? This was mainly because I was getting comments about how I haven't improved and I just decided to whip this out. I'm going to eventually be making a video discussing the fact that I started art as an adult (less than 2 years ago) and talk about my experiences with that! I think it'll be a fun video.

I'm also an ambivert. I also have a creepy neighbor, he was an old man. I would walk around my area complex for exercise and then he would say run run run in this creepy voice. Everytime I would see him outside his house I would go the other way

Those eyes on stalks were slightly disturbing! I have had neighbours like this before, it is seriously weird to have guys like this creeping around. Just so know, it seems likely this guy was having a breakdown of some sort, paranoid schizophrenia often hits in your late teens and early twenties for the first time.
