Attention Single Member LLC’s Transfering funds directly from your business bank accounts to personal is not considered commingling it is identified as an owner’s draw, you are still okay

No one is getting a G-Wagon for "free". It's simply a deductible expense you can use to offset your business's taxable income.

You need a holding company plus a trust fund. The holding company owns all the assets such as the llc the warehouse etc. register the holding company in another country along with the trust be sure that these countries have high corporation privacy laws that way wen u do get sued it’s harder for them to sue you cus they can’t get information about the company because of the privacy laws and make sure not to put any information about the holding company on any llc business paperwork it doesn’t need to be on there it’s not part of the llc it just holds the assets n money until it’s pasted through to the trustee which is another company mostly a corporation that’s set up in another country and make sure u use virtual addresses you don’t need to be a citizen just need a address in these places

You need to be careful what you are claiming as business expense. You can easily get into fraud territory by claiming a bunch of things as business expenses when they clearly are not.

A good lawyer can still come for your personals, I heard they can’t get through a trust tho

You can transfer money from your business account to your personal account - it's called an Owner's Draw. This is NOT mingling funds.

a lot of this doesn't apply to every llc and I feel you should be letting people know that. they shouldn't be starting a single member llc and trying to deduct their mcdonalds. but that's the way you described it in this video.

If I’m a home owner in a different state, I’m using the property as a rental property, should I create an LLC? I was also told, you can’t buy vehicles, you can only lease them. Pls advise

The idea with write offs is to reduce your taxable income. But if you keep showing more write offs than profits you’re gonna have a bad time
