Modern humans are descended from a common ancestor who lived in Africa around 200, 000 years ago.

It is important to note that this does not mean that the woman (Mitochondrial Eve) was the only female alive at the time, nor that she was the "first" human. It could also mean that all other lineages of women who lived at the time did not survive to produce an unbroken chain of descendants leading to the present day.

Also, the common ancestor of humans and great apes is believed to have lived approximately 6-8 million years ago, much earlier than Mitochondrial Eve who lived about 200, 000 years ago. By comparing the mtDNA of modern humans with that of other hominid species (such as Neanderthals and Denisovans), scientists have been able to reconstruct the evolutionary history of our species and its close relatives.

While all humans today are descended from Mitochondrial Eve, this does not mean that she was our only ancestor or that we are only related to other humans.

When you look at all of the fossils we have in all of its respective layers in the fossil record, indigenous retroviruses, vestigial structures, similarities in genetics, etc, it all points to evolution. You just talked nonsense. MT-MRCA (maternal - most recent common ancestor) or mitochondrial Eve is 100, 000 years older than the timeframe you listed. Most recent is an important part as we have more common ancestors than that. As well, when blood lines have died mt-MRCA has changed edging closer to us. There were other people that existed at that time they just don’t have a direct existing blood line anymore. This does not sound like religious ideologies you are making a connection for similarities that are already known (hence called “EVE”).
