HIbernian was 1 storey before it burned. I actually had lunch there on Christmas Eve, just before it burned the day after Christmas 2012. The original even had a wood burning fireplace in it! Interestingly enough, the fireplace didn't cause the fire.
The new AC Hotel in Glenwood South is poised to have the best view rooftop when it opens soon!
My favorite rooftop is Hibernian. It may not be high up in the air, but it's a really fun scene and its position on Glenwood gives it sweeping views of the neighborhood.

I shared this video with a local online community, and received several responses that the Residence Inn has turned away several of them for trying to wear jeans to 10th & Terrace. They have dug themselves a public relations hole with that sort of dress code. I hear that they have rescinded that policy now, but the damage is done with many who are turned off. They've got some image repairing to do.

Hi Chris! Thanks for another great video! Would u mind creating a video about renting opportunities in Raleigh and RTP areas? I’m a software developer and going to move there and I’m a bit frustrated with rent pricing.
Moreover, as a newcomer I have no credit score here and it looks like it’ll be almost impossible to rent a good apartment in quite city like Cury or Apex are :(
