Kara has always been one of my favorite athletes! I really hope that this is her year to get on the podium!

I expect that from Kara Webb on event 1. What I did not see was Katrin's time being within a second of Kara's time. That's huge, especially when you look at what Michele, Annie, Sara and Brooke had for times. Katrin hammered that event.

strange that with and aussie and an Icelandic competing... a heat intense event made the difference in the opposite way.

Numbers are good to a point, but athletes seem to shine better in the company they are in.
"would've, could've, should've. it doesn't matter."- Black Hawk Down.
The biggest issue right now is, if Sam Briggs makes to the Games. And all athletes are healthy. Its a new year. And it is going to be epic for the ladies!
