In this video I will show you how to create a domain-based email account with Hostinger and how to connect it to Windows Mail.

Windows Mail is similar to Microsoft Outlook and it's an email client application that is included in the Windows operating system. It allows users to manage multiple email accounts and access them from one central location. Windows Mail supports a variety of email protocols, including POP3, IMAP, and Exchange, and provides features such as email filtering, spam blocking, and message organization tools.

IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) and POP (Post Office Protocol) are both email retrieval protocols used by email clients to access email messages from a mail server. However, there are some key differences between the two.

The POP protocol is a simple protocol that downloads emails from the server onto the client's computer and then typically deletes them from the server. This means that once you have downloaded your email to your computer, the email is no longer available on the server.

On the other hand, IMAP protocol allows you to access your email from multiple devices and locations as the messages remain stored on the server. With IMAP, you can synchronize your email across multiple devices, such as your computer, phone, and tablet, and access the same email from each device.
