In the Broken Spires area, there was 3 Solar T2 wrecks that could be deconstructed, then CONSTRUCTED at the same site. That would have given you nearly 60KW.

CONSOLIDATE your bases! Having Food Growers in two main bases means you're not really getting full efficiency out of them. Any time you leave one with a full-grown plant is wasted power.

321 is life! 3 Iron, 2 Titanium, 1 Silicon. Collect this BEFORE you set out.
Also, place a shelter as close to the entrance of a wreck as you can. Stop wasting air running back and forth.

The Reactor need a Fusion Energy Cell. Way, way out in the Ti unlocks.
You'll soon find out what the Rocklet engines are for.

Big tip; The Blueprint Unblock screen costs an Iron and Silicon. Make one in the shelter when you find a chip and unlock it there and then. Actually, you can make it almost anywhere, even outside.
No need to carry them back to base. Leave the space for something you need to bring back.

At 23:08 in the spaceship there is a secret nearby you can discover if you look hard enough. Congrats on blue sky benchmark. Also congrats on first golden seed. There are a total of 26 gold seeds in the game as of 1.05.
