KISMET Satakunta Food Cluster Eura municipality
Food Service Manager Arja Jussila, Food Service Supervisor Outi Tuomikanta, Environmental Engineering Engineer Satu Palokangas, and Municipal Manager Kari Kankaanranta from the Municipality of Eura discuss efforts to reduce food waste in schools. The interviews were conducted as part of the KISMET – Sustainable Food Environments project (EU's Baltic Sea Region programme), ), which focuses on bio and circular economy, sustainable local food production, and innovation activities. Prizztech is implementing the KISMET project from 2023 to 2025.
