dear Bucky, please lend a hand . After several days struggling with this - no joy.
I am on ubuntu, have python 2.7 and 3.6.7 installed. I am followiing all your tutorials.
I am creating a database using pandas to read_html .info...
using IDLE everything works fine BUT - USING, sublime-text-3, PyCharm, Spyder when trying to
use pandas I get "ValueError: module functions cannot set METH_CLASS or METH_STATIC"!!!! I can't figure it out.
any suggestions?

I have a problem with C++. I am using the latest version of CodeBlocks and the GNU GCC compiler and whenever I use strings in my programs the Debug file gets corrupted and I can't delete it. Please tell me what should I do.
