This is true, the owner of the company I work for always carries himself in this manner never once have I seen him try to associate with his employees in a "friendly" way. I don't mean to say he's disrespectful or rude but he elevates himself to higher form of authority and is grounded in his position. He demands respect and authority in how carries himself. People and clients respect him for it as do his employees. Couldn't ask for a better owner to work under.
