What if I told you that our Earth is like a pressure cooker? It is actually true. Just like a pressure cooker has a vent that allows excess steam to come out, Earth has its own vents and they are called ‘volcanoes’. Deep inside the Earth temperatures are so high that some rocks start melting and it becomes a thick flowing substance called ‘Magma’. It then rises up, eventually causing the volcano to erupt.
